Pellet conditioner/hygieniser
A pellet conditioner works together with a steam mixer to heat and hygienise the product to be pelleted up to 90 degrees with steam, killing salmonella and other germs. The hygienisation time is just 2 to 4 minutes. The device is equipped with electric heating and thermal insulation. The capacity of the pellet conditioner is up to 30 tonnes per hour, and the output of the motor is determined by the capacity.
All of the parts the come into contact with the material are made from stainless steel. The pellet conditioner is easy to maintain, use and keep clean. Pellet conditioners are available as continuous RTB models or batch JTC models.
