MultiCracker mills for grinding up to 80 tonnes of grain per hour
MultiCracker mills have a capacity of 2 to 80 tonnes per hour with very low energy consumption of just 1.5 kW/tonne. MultiCracker mills are suitable for maize, grains, soybeans, legumes and oilseeds. MultiCracker mills can also be used as crumblers and for wet grinding.
MultiCracker mills handle raw materials gently and produce a very even result without heating the material. They are also compact in size. Changing settings is quick and easy. Dusting is minimal due to the closed structure. MultiCracker mills cut the grain, which reduces the formation of dust in the final product to as low as two percent. MultiCracker mills are EC and Atex approved.
Options include automatic gap adjustment, automatic greasing, a feeder, temperature measurement for bearings, and double grinding.
